01How do I install a mod?+
Download the file, unzip it if needed, and place the included .package or .ts4script files in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods. Script files should be no more than one folder deep.
02How do I enable mods in my game?+
Open Game Options > Other, then enable Custom Content and Mods. If the download includes a .ts4script file, also enable Script Mods Allowed. Restart the game after changing these settings.
03How do I update a mod?+
Delete the old version from your Mods folder before adding the new one. Do not keep multiple versions of the same mod. It can also help to delete the localthumbcache.package file before reopening the game.
04What should I try if a mod is not working?+
Check that mods and script mods are enabled, confirm the file is unzipped, remove older versions, and test without possible conflicting mods. Also make sure the mod is marked compatible with your current game version.
05Are your mods free?+

06Where can I report a bug?+
